I decided to create the IAPF after several decades forging my own path in the pickleball business – when there was virtually no pickleball industry to speak of.  First we co-founded Pickleball Central in our living room in Seattle (and grew it into the largest pickleball retailer in the world,) then some years later launched Pickleball Station in 2018 – one of the first indoor, permanent facilities in the world. Through the IAPF, we’ll provide the resources and relationships to owners and operators I lacked when we started Pickleball Station.

To jump start the IAPF, we are offering free annual memberships to a limited number of facilities – operating or being planned. Whether you’re an independent facility, a franchisee, a tennis or golf facility, a fitness facility or a parks and recreation department, I encourage you to sign up immediately before the free memberships are gone and the regular $499 annual membership kicks in.  You’ve got nothing to lose, and I promise you a lot to gain.
