We’re thrilled to announce the IAPPF has signed a new partnership agreement with the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA), which represents more than 12,000 racquet sports professionals worldwide.
Under the agreement, IAPPF is an Official Partner of RSPA, and RSPA is an Official Association Partner of IAPPF.
RSPA members receive:
- $100 off a paid IAPPF membership
- Free admission to Smash 2026 and future events.
RSPA members will receive a registration code from RSPA to claim both benefits.
The two organizations will work together to develop programs, content and activities that support the professional development of RSPA members and the success of the clubs they serve.
For IAPPF members, the partnership is a step toward clearer professional standards and a more consistent coaching ecosystem, which means better-trained pros on your courts, more engaged players and stronger revenue for your facility.
“This partnership benefits both organizations and advances a mission we share: elevating the pickleball and padel professions and supporting the long-term growth and success of the facilities that serve them,” said IAPPF CEO David Johnson. “Golf has shown what strong professional standards can do through the PGA of America. By working with RSPA to raise the level of professionalism and bring more consistency to coaching, we can help clubs deliver better instruction, keep players happier and coming back, and grow their revenue.”
We’re looking forward to meeting with RSPA members and leadership at the RSPA World Racquets Conference 2026 this week in Dallas. If you’re an RSPA member, stop by our booth at the vendor village Sunday evening and meet David.
